Performed full coordination and support services for mold remediation within an occupied commercial space, ensuring compliance, safety, and clear communication throughout the process.

Work included scheduling and coordinating with a licensed mold abatement company, preparing the affected areas prior to their arrival, and installing air scrubbers and dehumidifiers to help control airborne particulates and moisture levels. Damaged and mold-affected materials were carefully demolished and properly disposed of in accordance with remediation protocols.

Following successful clearance from the remediation team, restoration work was completed, including reinstalling drywall, priming, and painting to return the space to its original condition.

Throughout the project, maintained consistent communication with the client at every stage—providing updates on scheduling, remediation progress, clearance status, and restoration milestones to ensure transparency and minimize disruption to operations
