Kealy Construction completed a four-night Duracem floor maintenance program at Apple Promenade Temecula. Our certified crew executed the full BOH refresh — cleaning, mechanical preparation, repair of isolated wear, application of Duracem maintenance coats, and final finishing — delivering a uniform, durable surface across the entire back-of-house area.

All work was scheduled overnight to keep the store fully open for business each day, with adjacent finishes and fixtures protected throughout. The completed floor was inspected and turned back over to Apple’s facilities team in a presentation-ready state ahead of opening on the final day.

The four-night program was completed on schedule with a flawless outcome — every section met Apple’s quality standard on first inspection, with zero callbacks or rework required.
